Can I test the service before I buy it?

Yes, it is possible to purchase a license for a short period of time to check if our solution meets your expectations. Contact us for more information. In the meantime, we encourage you to create a demo account, where you can familiarise yourself with some of the FitMech functionalities operating on our presentation sensors.

Will FitMech work with my machines?

Most likely yes. FitMech has already been implemented on a wide range of industrial machines. FitMech sensors are like a stethoscope - they measure vibrations of the machine generated during its operation in the place to which they were attached - and on this basis they determine its current state. In practical terms, if a person can feel the vibration (or observe the cyclical movement) of a part of a machine with his hand and on this basis determine whether the machine is working and when it is cycling, FitMech should be able to do the same. Plus all data analyzes and their visualizations.

Who installs the FitMech sensors?

Most often: you by yourself! FitMech has been designed for easy self-installation. Thanks to that, we are able to offer a competitive price for our service. However, if you need help with assembly - contact us - we will present you the available options for assistance with sensor's installation.

How does the FitMech license model work?

When buying a license - you buy a subscription to access the system, just like with access to Netflix or a subscription for a phone. Payments are made in monthly or annual cycles (it is cheaper then). We have two licenses: standard - with out-of-the-box FitMech functionalities, and development - for those who plan to integrate FitMech with other solutions in their factory. More about licenses

What are the benefits of implementing the FitMech service in the subscription model?

FitMech is delivered in the license subscription and sensor rental model. This reduces investment and maintenance costs to the necessary minimum. In addition, FitMech, as a SaaS solution (software as a service), is constantly expanded with new functions.

Is my data safe?

Our clients' data is stored in the server room ( www.hetzner.de ), whose high level of information security is confirmed by the international ISO 27001 certificate, and data availability is guaranteed at level of 99.99%. In addition, we create a private computing cluster for each client - this means that the data of each client is processed using separate and isolated server and database instances. Additionally, data transmission between the clients resources and his private FitMech cluster is ALWAYS encrypted.

Can FitMech be integrated with other systems?

Yes, FitMech has an open REST API and can be integrated with systems such as ERP, MES, CMMS or other that are already used in the factory. In this case, we invite you to purchase development licence.

Can I collect data from PLC controllers?

Yes, you can collect data from PLC controllers. All you need to do is stock up on Bosch Rexroth IoT Gateway, the edge infrastructure, thanks to which you can integrate (by yourself or with our help) the controllers of your machines with the FitMech system. In this case, we invite you to purchase development licence.

What if my needs change over time?

FitMech is a platform that is constantly evolving and is being extended with new functionalities. If you have specific needs - contact us - we will show you how we can fulfill them (on our own or in cooperation with a constantly developing network of our Partners ).

What is the user limit?

There is no limit to the number of users - when you buy any FitMech license, you can set up accounts for as many employees as you need.
