Can I try FitMech before signing an agreement?
Yes, that is how we start. A one-month pilot on 1-2 machines is a full deployment, not a demo: after a month you have complete data from your own shop floor. You can see the dashboard with sample data as soon as you create a free demo account.
Will FitMech work with my machines?
Most likely, yes. The sensor measures the vibration and motion of the machine, so it does not depend on make or age. It is mounted on a part that moves or vibrates during operation, e.g. a press ram or a motor housing.
Who installs the sensors?
We do. We come on site and attach the sensors with double-sided tape, fifteen minutes per machine and without stopping production. From you we only need access to the machines and someone from maintenance to help pick the measuring points.
How long do we commit for?
The pilot is one month and nothing has to follow. Ongoing work is a 12-month agreement, which you sign with the results from your own shop floor already in front of you.
Why a subscription instead of buying a system?
A subscription avoids an investment request, which usually means a quarter and a board meeting. You can start with two machines next week and decide on scale once you have data.
Where is my data stored?
On our own servers in an ISO 27001 certified data centre in the EU, not with a public cloud provider. Every customer has a separate cluster, data is kept with no time limit and deleted at your request. An on-premise deployment on your own infrastructure is also possible.
Can FitMech be connected to other systems?
Yes. Data is available through the REST API and in exports. Integrations with ERP, MES or controllers are delivered together with our integration partners.
How many users can I add?
As many as you need. The FitMech subscription includes an unlimited number of user accounts.
What if my needs change?
You add more machines step by step, at your own pace. Where you need more signals, we add a DIN rail sensor or a controller connection.
